Well…we jut got back from our big backpacking weekend in SE Oklahoma! We had a great time and the weather couldn’t have been better! Sunny and 60’s, 70’s all weekend. Everything is starting to “spring”, the flowers, trees and grass, and I must say none too soon! If you have never been hiking, camping, or backpacking in SE Oklahoma, you are in for a treat. Check out our photos, bet you will be surprised that this is Oklahoma! The best time of the year to visit is Fall, Winter and Spring…it gets really hot down here in the Summer. Fred, Buddy and Rusty were great hikers and campers, they enjoy the outdoors so much!
